We brought Stonegate.com online in January of 1995 with the first searchable database of homes in the Midwest. In 1997 we broadcast the Duluth Home and Builder's Show live on the Intranet using Real Video Technology. At that time we knew that streaming video would be the next great tool for OnLine Real Estate, but bandwidth still limited the potential audience. That is no longer the case. Our featured homes section will now begin to include video footage of our homes. One of the projects we are currently working on is a video tour of Duluth. We have been shooting video of the Duluth Neighborhoods, organized by the neighborhood codes you use in the search section. We hope this helps acquaint you with what each neighborhood has to offer. As of May, 2001 our search engines are now part of the Broker Reciprocity System. This means that your searches can now include homes listed by any company in the MLS system. Enjoy!
